How it Works

Just walk in to Clinic B or see the front desk at the AMCC. Check in for walk-in contraceptive services at the OB/GYN Clinic reception desk. A member of our team will provide you with a screening form to complete and to obtain a urine pregnancy test. For patients desiring IUD insertion, health care providers recommend taking an over the counter pain reliever, such as Ibuprofen, for pain control before coming to the clinic for the procedure. This clinic is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified of an approximate wait time once you check in at the contraceptive clinic. You have the option of scheduling an appointment or coming on a different day if we’re unable to see you that day.

If you have any questions regarding our services, please contact our OB/GYN clinic at 760-830-2227.
